About Kathleen

With over 30 years in media and mental health, Kathleen brings a rare dual perspective: the boardroom and the therapy room.

She has held senior leadership roles at Sky TV, Global Radio, Publicis and Omnicom, most recently as Global CMO at Omnicom.

Kathleen is a qualified psychotherapist and mediator, accredited by the UKCP, BACP and CMC. She runs a busy private practice in London and New York and is the founder of Psyched Ventures, providing psychology, coaching and performance programmes for leaders.

She is the author of the international bestseller My Parent the Peacock (2025) and her forthcoming book Sly & Mighty (2026), a call to arms for modern leadership.

Kathleen is the weekly psychotherapist on ITV’s This Morning, columnist for Stylist Magazine and a contributor to The Times, The Independent and The Guardian.

A Fellow of The Marketing Society and Trustee of the NSPCC, Kathleen mentors future leaders and is a passionate advocate for healthier cultures and human-centred leadership.
